g.o.t. chickpeas
WHAT YOU NEED:
Thinly sliced onion
Cumin seeds
Paprika, turmeric, coriander powder
Olive oil
Tomato paste
Sun dried tomato
Garlic halved
Chickpeas
Lemon juice
Mint
Spinach
Coconut milk
How to make it:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a glass baking pan, add your onions, garlic, cumin seeds, spices, tomato paste and sun dried tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and mix everything together
Cover and bake for 45 minutes
After removing from over, throw everything into a pan. Squeeze garlic and add all in pan. Add chickpeas, lemon juice, chopped mint, spinach and coconut milk to your liking
