g.o.t. chickpeas

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Thinly sliced onion

  • Cumin seeds

  • Paprika, turmeric, coriander powder

  • Olive oil

  • Tomato paste

  • Sun dried tomato

  • Garlic halved

  • Chickpeas

  • Lemon juice

  • Mint

  • Spinach

  • Coconut milk

How to make it:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • In a glass baking pan, add your onions, garlic, cumin seeds, spices, tomato paste and sun dried tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and mix everything together

  • Cover and bake for 45 minutes

  • After removing from over, throw everything into a pan. Squeeze garlic and add all in pan. Add chickpeas, lemon juice, chopped mint, spinach and coconut milk to your liking
