How to make it:
Truly, this is just my guide on how to make the perfect jammy egg. As you can see, this page showcases my discovery of the previously undiscovered bliss and satisfaction of a salty, buttery half baked yolk in a hard boiled egg. It’s lovely and I can’t believe I didn’t make it here on my less picky eater journey until 2026!
In a pot, boil some water.
Add your eggs and boil for 7.5 mins.
After boiling, immediately put the eggs in an ice water bath for 5ish mins.
Peel the shell and they’re ready! I like to top with flaky salt, pepper and scallions.
