  • Jammy eggs

  • Green onions

  • Flaky salt + black pepper

  • Some kind of fruit

  • Some kind of vegetable crudite

  • Some kind of cheese (honey?)

  • Nuts

  • Sweet potatoes

  • Avocado

How to make it:

Truly, this is just my guide on how to make the perfect jammy egg. As you can see, this page showcases my discovery of the previously undiscovered bliss and satisfaction of a salty, buttery half baked yolk in a hard boiled egg. It’s lovely and I can’t believe I didn’t make it here on my less picky eater journey until 2026!

  • In a pot, boil some water.

  • Add your eggs and boil for 7.5 mins.

  • After boiling, immediately put the eggs in an ice water bath for 5ish mins.

  • Peel the shell and they’re ready! I like to top with flaky salt, pepper and scallions.
