Parmesan CRusted chicken

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Chicken Breasts

  • Salt + Pepper

  • Flour

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Olive Oil

  • Eggs

  • Parmesan Cheese

How to make it:

  • Slice your chicken breasts into thin cutlets

  • Pat them dry and salt + pepper them

  • Create three basins. One basin for flour, one for a breadcrumb and parmesan mixture and one for egg wash.

  • For each cutlet, dip each side in a thin + even layer of flour. Then do the same with the egg wash. Then do the same with the breadcrumb+parm mixture. Then set aside.

  • Fill your pan with a thin layer of olive oil and bring up to med-high heat

  • Cook each chicken until they are golden brown

  • Remove from the pan and let cool on a wire rack
