Parmesan CRusted chicken
WHAT YOU NEED:
Chicken Breasts
Salt + Pepper
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Olive Oil
Eggs
Parmesan Cheese
How to make it:
Slice your chicken breasts into thin cutlets
Pat them dry and salt + pepper them
Create three basins. One basin for flour, one for a breadcrumb and parmesan mixture and one for egg wash.
For each cutlet, dip each side in a thin + even layer of flour. Then do the same with the egg wash. Then do the same with the breadcrumb+parm mixture. Then set aside.
Fill your pan with a thin layer of olive oil and bring up to med-high heat
Cook each chicken until they are golden brown
Remove from the pan and let cool on a wire rack
