Fresh lemonade w/ basil salt

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Kosher Salt

  • Fresh Basil

How to make it:

  • Get a bunch of basil. My basil plant always grows like crazy in the summer so I harvest that.

  • Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.

  • In a food processor, blend up your basil with kosher salt. You can do whatever kind of ratio you want depending on how strong you want your basil salt to be.

  • Once fully blended, pour on a parchment paper lined pan and bake on low heat for 30-40 mins. This will dry the salt back out.

  • Once done baking, add the salt back into the food processor and re-blend to your desired consistency!
