espresso martini
WHAT YOU NEED:
Fresh espresso (chilled)
Frangelico (hazelnut liquor)
Vodka
Simple Syrup
Espresso Beans
How to make it:
Before consuming said martini, chill your glasses and your vodka. In the freezer. Freeze them.
In a shaker with ice, add 2oz vodka, 1 oz frangelico, 2oz espresso and 1/2oz simple syrup.
Shake real real well. Once again. Fingertips stuck to the shaker. We want it frothy and we want it CHILLED.
Strain and pour into chilled coupe/martini glasses.
Garnish with espresso beans.
