espresso martini

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Fresh espresso (chilled)

  • Frangelico (hazelnut liquor)

  • Vodka

  • Simple Syrup

  • Espresso Beans

How to make it:

  • Before consuming said martini, chill your glasses and your vodka. In the freezer. Freeze them.

  • In a shaker with ice, add 2oz vodka, 1 oz frangelico, 2oz espresso and 1/2oz simple syrup.

  • Shake real real well. Once again. Fingertips stuck to the shaker. We want it frothy and we want it CHILLED.

  • Strain and pour into chilled coupe/martini glasses.

  • Garnish with espresso beans.
