WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Literally just citrus.

  • Any kind of citrus.

  • Oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits, blood oranges, blah blah blah

How to make it:

  • Preheat your oven to about 200 degrees

  • Slice your fruit to be about 1/4” thick

  • Pat dry with paper towels to remove as much excess liquid as possible

  • Bake your fruits at a low temp, flipping every 30 mins

  • This is a multiple hour process. Do it on a day when you will be home for a while. Your house will smell amazing. During fall/christmas time, you can add cinnamon to enhance the smells

  • As you flip your fruits, watch to see if they seem to be fully dried out. Thicker pieces may take longer

How to USE:

  • These dried fruits are perfect as cocktail garnishes

  • You can also string them together during the holidays as decoration

  • They are perfect for a gift as well!
