WHAT YOU NEED:
Duke’s Mayo
Celery
1 Apple
Green Onion
Pomegranate (if in season)
Dill + Thyme
Salt + Pepper
Lime
Chicken
How to make it:
Cook your chicken breast however you like. I usually put some salt, pepper and paprika and then either bake it or insta pot it. Then once done, let cool and shred in to whatever shredded chicken consistency you desire
While chicken is cooking, dice up your celery and apple. I won’t be measuring anything here. Now, I like a lot of celery because I like it crunchy. So I chop that up and about 1/2 - 1 pink lady/gala apple. Slice up your green onion too and throw that in. I also like a lot of those. Put those in a bowl.

Chop up your dill and thyme and throw those in a bowl with salt and pepper and a little mayo.
Add everything together and mix it up. Squeeze a little lime in there and mix it up. You can eat it as a dip with crackers, or make a sandwich. It’s really good on sourdough bread or on croissants!
