THE BLOODY MARY

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • 3 oz tomato juice

  • 0.5 oz lemon/lime juice

  • 2 dashes worcestershire sauce 

  • Tabasco 

  • Celery stalk 

  • Bacon

  • Pepperonchini 

  • Olives (blue cheese stuffed) + brine

  • Pickled onion/green bean juice 

  • Banana pepper juice 

  • Salt + tajin for the rim

How to make it:

  • Make your mix first. Obviously. I do tomato juice, some fresh lemon and lime juice, a few dashes of worcestershire sauce, a few dashes of Frank’s Hot Sauce (most tangy), some pepperoncini juice and perhaps, some olive juice. You can really add whatever you like.

  • Blend it up real well.

  • Create your garnishes. I like to salt and tajin the rim with some lime juice. My typical garnish includes, a cocktail spear with a blue cheese olive and a pepperoncini. And then I add a celery stalk and a strip of bacon.

  • Pour 1.5oz of vodka into your shaker with ice and you bloody mary mix. You may have to add more lime juice to taste.

  • Then pour your drink over your garnished cup with ice and there you go!
