THE BLOODY MARY
WHAT YOU NEED:
1.5 oz vodka
3 oz tomato juice
0.5 oz lemon/lime juice
2 dashes worcestershire sauce
Tabasco
Celery stalk
Bacon
Pepperonchini
Olives (blue cheese stuffed) + brine
Pickled onion/green bean juice
Banana pepper juice
Salt + tajin for the rim
How to make it:
Make your mix first. Obviously. I do tomato juice, some fresh lemon and lime juice, a few dashes of worcestershire sauce, a few dashes of Frank’s Hot Sauce (most tangy), some pepperoncini juice and perhaps, some olive juice. You can really add whatever you like.
Blend it up real well.
Create your garnishes. I like to salt and tajin the rim with some lime juice. My typical garnish includes, a cocktail spear with a blue cheese olive and a pepperoncini. And then I add a celery stalk and a strip of bacon.
Pour 1.5oz of vodka into your shaker with ice and you bloody mary mix. You may have to add more lime juice to taste.
Then pour your drink over your garnished cup with ice and there you go!
